1. Introduction
This Service Agreement (“Contract”) is entered into between Yadu Mehndi (Service Provider) and the Client booking mehndi services through yadumendi.com.
By confirming a booking, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
2. Services Offered
Yadu Mehndi provides professional mehndi services including:

Party & Event Mehndi

Festival Mehndi
-
Custom & Traditional Designs and corporate events …
Service details including date, time, location, and design type will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment Policy

A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm booking.

Booking is not confirmed until advance payment is received.

Remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.

Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or other agreed method.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation within 48 hours of the event may require 50% of the total payment.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

In rare cases where Yadu Mehndi cancels due to emergency, the full advance will be refunded.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide a clean and well-lit working area.

Be available at the scheduled time.
-
Inform about any skin allergies beforehand.
-
Follow proper aftercare instructions for best stain results.
6. Stain & Allergy Disclaimer

Natural henna is used.
-
Final stain color depends on skin type, body temperature, and aftercare.

Yadu Mehndi is not responsible for light stains due to improper aftercare.

The client must inform in advance about any skin sensitivity.
7. Photography & Promotion
Photos or videos of the mehndi designs may be taken for portfolio or promotional use on social media and website.
If the client does not wish to allow this, they must inform in writing before the event.
8. Agreement Confirmation
By booking services through yadumendi.com, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Contract.
